The invention discloses an anti-rail-gnawing trolley for a double-beam portal crane. The anti-rail-gnawing trolley comprises two symmetrically distributed main beams, wherein a supporting table is fixed between the two main beams, the two ends of the supporting table are fixed to two supporting frames respectively, and two symmetrically distributed sliding rails are fixed on the upper surface of the supporting table. According to the anti-rail-gnawing trolley, a winding shaft is mounted in a mounting groove through the arrangement of the mounting groove, so that dismounting and mounting are facilitated, and a winding mechanism is more flexible to use; and mounting is more stable through the arrangement of elastic clamping blocks and clamping grooves. Through the arrangement of buffer mechanisms, a moving trolley firstly impacts buffer plates, a part of impact force is counteracted through buffer springs, the buffer springs transmit the force to connecting rods, the force is transmitted to pistons through buffer rods, the pistons slide in buffer cavities, and force unloading is further conducted on the pistons through air in the buffer cavities, so that the impact force on the moving trolley is greatly reduced, the stability of the moving trolley is improved, the service life of the moving trolley is prolonged, and the use safety of the crane is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种防啃轨的双梁门式起重机用小车,包括两个对称分布的主梁,两个所述主梁之间固定有支撑台,所述支撑台的两端分别与两个支撑架相固定,所述支撑台的上表面固定有两个对称分布的滑轨,本发明通过设置安装槽使收卷轴被安装在安装槽内,便于拆卸和安装,使收卷机构的使用更加灵活,弹性卡块与卡槽的设置使安装更稳定。通过缓冲机构的设置,使移动小车首先撞击到缓冲板,通过缓冲弹簧对撞击力抵消一部分,缓冲弹簧将力传递给连接杆,并通过缓冲杆传递给活塞,使活塞在缓冲腔内滑动,通过缓冲腔内的空气对活塞进行进一步卸力,从而使移动小车受到的撞击力大大减少,提高移动小车的稳定性和使用寿命,保证起重机使用的安全性。
