The invention discloses a lightweight light truck container which is mainly characterized in that wallboards formed by splicing aluminum alloy profiles are adopted to replace existing corrugated steel plates, aluminum alloy flat plates are adopted to replace top cover punch forming steel plates, and aluminum alloy longitudinal beam profiles and cross beam profiles are adopted to replace floor steel frameworks. Connection of all surfaces of the aluminum alloy container is achieved through boundary beam profiles, L-shaped stand columns, connecting supports and the like. According to the light truck container, the lightweight light truck container is constructed through a reasonable aluminum alloy profile structure and an effective connecting mode, and the purposes of reducing the user cost and improving the cargo capacity are achieved.

    本发明公开了一种轻量化轻卡货箱,主要构思在于采用铝合金型材拼接而成的墙板替代现有的瓦楞钢板,用铝合金平板替代顶盖冲压成型钢板,铝合金纵梁型材及横梁型材替代地板钢骨架,并使用边梁型材、L型立柱、连接支架等实现铝合金货箱的各个面的连接。本发明通过合理的铝合金型材结构与有效的连接方式构建轻量化的轻卡货箱,达到降低用户成本并提升载货量的目的。
