The invention relates to the technical field of electrics, and aims to provide a zero-torque charging method for a three-phase integrated charger of an electric vehicle. The method comprises that: a motor is separated from a mechanical transmission device; the current rotor position information of an electric vehicle driving motor is read; logic judgment is performed on the position information of the motor rotor; and a mode change-over switch is switched, the winding connection mode of the driving motor of the electric vehicle is reconfigured to a charging state, and a three-phase alternating current input from a power grid is accessed to realize three-phase zero-torque charging. Zero-torque charging is achieved based on a main circuit structure of a conventional three-phase integrated charging system, no hardware cost is increased, and zero-torque operation of the three-phase integrated charging system in the charging process can be achieved on the basis of original hardware. The method has no special requirements on a hardware circuit structure, is high in scheme universality, and has good applicability and transportability. The method is simple in scheme, good in universality and convenient to popularize and use.

    本发明涉及电气技术领域,旨在提供一种电动汽车三相集成充电器的零转矩充电方法。包括:电机与机械传动装置分离;读取当前的电动汽车驱动电机的转子位置信息;对电机转子的位置信息进行逻辑判断;切换模式切换开关,将电动汽车驱动电机的绕组连接方式重构至充电状态,接入来自电网的三相交流输入以实现三相零转矩充电。本发明基于常规的三相集成充电系统的主电路结构实现零转矩充电,不增加任何硬件成本,能在利用原有硬件的基础上实现三相集成充电系统在充电过程中的零转矩运行。对硬件电路结构没有特殊的要求,方案通用性强,具备了良好的适用性与可移植性。本发明方案简单,具有较好的普适性,便于推广使用。
