According to the invention, the cooling fin plates are no longer of a rectangular structure in the prior art, but each cooling fin plate is of structure with the two ends being small in width and the middle position being large, on one hand, the structure can obviously reduce flow resistance of a cooling flow channel to cooling liquid and reduce the model selection cost of the corresponding cooling water pump, and on the other hand, compared with the rectangular cooling fin plate, the heat dissipation fin plates have the advantages that, on the premise that the same heat dissipating capacity is met, the overall size of the cooling flow channel can be designed to be smaller, and the material cost of the cooling shell and the heat dissipating fin plates can be reduced.
