The invention discloses a crane lifting appliance coordinate monitoring system in the field of lifting appliance coordinate monitoring. The monitoring system comprises a trolley capable of moving along a bridge frame, wherein a rotary lifting device capable of lifting a lifting appliance is mounted on one side of the trolley. The monitoring system further comprises a coding cable, an absolute value encoder and a PLC (programmable logic controller) control cabinet, wherein the coding cable is used for detecting X-axis coordinates of the trolley; the absolute value encoder is mounted on an output shaft of the rotary lifting device and is used for detecting Y-axis coordinates of the lifting appliance; the PLC control cabinet is used for controlling the trolley and the rotary lifting device; and the PLC control cabinet is provided with a man-machine interaction panel capable of displaying an X-axis coordinate signal of the trolley and a Y-axis coordinate signal of the lifting appliance. The position of the lifting appliance can be accurately determined, and equipment damage and crowded injury to personnel are avoided.
