The invention provides a check plate of a crane. The check plate comprises a frame, a permanent magnet device installed in the frame, a permanent magnet device switch connected with the permanent magnet device, a baffle fixedly connected with the frame and a bearing plate fixedly connected with the baffle, wherein the permanent magnet device can be attracted to a track through magnetic force, and the baffle is used for blocking wheels of the crane. When the check plate is used, the check plate is placed on the track, the permanent magnet device is made to be in a magnetic state by operating the permanent magnet device switch, the permanent magnet device is firmly attracted to the track through magnetic force, and the operation is simple; and when the crane slides along the track under the abnormal condition, the wheels of the crane are pressed on the bearing plate and abut against the baffle, and the bearing plate is in tight contact with the track under the gravity action of the crane, so that enough friction force can be generated between the bearing plate and the track, the friction force between the check plate of the crane and the track is greatly increased, the check plate of the crane can be firmly fixed on the track, and the crane can be effectively prevented from sliding.

    本发明提供一种起重机卡轨器,包括框架、安装在框架中的永磁器、与永磁器相连接的永磁器开关、与框架固接的挡板、及与挡板固接的承压板,永磁器能通过磁力吸附在轨道上,挡板用于阻挡起重机的车轮。在使用时,将卡轨器放置在轨道上,并通过操作永磁器开关使永磁器处于有磁状态,使得永磁器通过磁力牢固地吸附在轨道上,操作简单,且当有起重机在异常情况下沿轨道滑动时,起重机的车轮将压在承压板上,并与挡板相抵靠,承压板在起重机的重力作用下将与轨道紧紧接触,使得承压板能与轨道之间产生足够大的摩擦力,从而大大增加本起重机卡轨器与轨道间的摩擦力,保证起重机卡轨器能牢固地固定在轨道上,并能有效阻挡起重机滑动。
