The invention discloses an intelligent elevator which comprises a support, wherein a well lid is arranged at the upper end of the support, a lift car is arranged at the lower end of the support, the lift car is connected with the well lid through a first chain to achieve lifting of the support, and a plurality of supporting rods and calipers for preventing elevator falling are arranged at the bottom of the lift car. According to the design, a motor is arranged on the back face of the lift car bottom plate, a first gear is arranged at the output end of the motor, the first gear is connected with a second gear through a third wheel chain, a connecting piece is assembled on the second gear, the two ends of the connecting piece are movably connected with one end of a connecting rod, the other end of the connecting piece is connected with a supporting rod, and when a PLC detects that the motor rotates forwards, the supporting rod retracts; when the PLC detects that the motor rotates reversely, the supporting rod extends out to be lapped on the support and used for preventing the lift car from falling, so that safety is improved; and meanwhile, the side, close to the sliding rails, of the bottom plate is further provided with the calipers for assisting braking, so that double-insurance effect is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种智能升降机,包括支架,所述支架的上端设有井盖,其下端设有轿厢,所述轿厢通过第一链条与井盖连接,实现在支架的升降,所述轿厢的底部设有若干防止坠梯的支撑杆和卡钳;本设计中轿厢底板的背面设有电机,其输出端设有第一齿轮,第一齿轮与第二齿轮通过第三轮链条连接,第二齿轮上装配有连接片,连接片的两端均与连接杆的一端活动连接,另一端均连接有支撑杆,当PLC控制器检测到电机正转时,支撑杆缩进;当PLC控制器检测到电机反转时,支撑杆伸出搭在支架上,用于防止轿厢的坠落,提高了安全性,同时,底板靠近滑轨的一侧还设辅助制动的卡钳,具有双重保险的效果。
