The invention provides an inclination test system and method for a floating regasification device, and the system comprises a self-flowing seawater header pipe, a seawater tank, a first fire-fighting header pipe, a first fire-fighting pump, a deck water spraying header pipe, and a left ballast tank and a right ballast tank which are oppositely disposed at two sides of the floating regasification device. The left ballast tank and the right ballast tank are respectively communicated with the self-flowing seawater header pipe through a left connecting pipe and a right connecting pipe, the left ballast tank and the right ballast tank are respectively connected with the deck water spraying header pipe through a left temporary pipe and a right temporary pipe, the self-flowing seawater header pipe is connected with the seawater tank, the seawater tank is connected with the deck water spraying header pipe through the first fire-fighting header pipe; and valves are arranged on the pipelines, and the first fire pump is arranged on the first fire header pipe. According to the invention, flowing of ballast water between the right ballast tank and the left ballast tank is controlled to realize the inclination of the floating regasification device in different postures, so that data is obtained, and the inclination test of the floating regasification device is completed quickly and safely.
本发明提供一种浮式再气化装置的倾斜试验测试系统及测试方法,包括:自流海水总管、海水槽、第一消防总管、第一消防泵、甲板水喷淋总管以及相对设置于浮式再气化装置两侧的左压载舱和右压载舱,其中左压载舱以及右压载舱分别通过左连接管以及右连接管与自流海水总管相通,且左压载舱以及右压载舱分别通过左临时管以及右临时管与甲板水喷淋总管相连,自流海水总管与海水槽相连,海水槽通过第一消防总管与甲板水喷淋总管相连;且在各管路上设置有阀门,第一消防泵设置于第一消防总管上;本发明通过控制压载水在右压载舱和左压载舱之间的流动实现浮式再气化装置的不同姿态的倾斜,进而获取数据,快速安全的完成了浮式再气化装置的倾斜试验。
