The ocean profile detection buoy comprises a heat exchange pipe and a shell, the heat exchange pipe is filled with a phase change material and is connected with an energy conversion box through a pipeline, the energy conversion box is also filled with the phase change material, and a heat exchange leather bag is arranged in the energy conversion box; the energy accumulator is connected with the energy conversion box through a one-way valve A and further connected with an electromagnetic reversing valve A and an electromagnetic reversing valve B; the electromagnetic reversing valve A is connected with the hydraulic motor; the electromagnetic reversing valve B is connected with the hydraulic cylinder B and connected with the hydraulic cylinder A through a throttling opening and an electromagnetic reversing valve C; the hydraulic cylinder B is connected with the hydraulic cylinder A, a one-way valve B and a gear pump are arranged on the pipeline thereof; the gear pump is connected with a stepping motor; and the hydraulic cylinder A is connected with the heat exchange leather bag through the one-way valve C. The novel-structure ocean profile detection buoy is driven by thermoelectric power generation, accurate control of buoyancy can be achieved, and then ocean exploration under different conditions is completed.
本发明涉及一种温差能驱动的新型结构海洋剖面探测浮标及其工作方法,属于海洋探测技术领域,包括换热管和外壳,换热管内盛有相变材料,并通过管路与能量转换箱连接,能量转换内也为相变材料,其内设有换热皮囊;蓄能器与能量转换箱经单向阀A相连接,蓄能器还分别与电磁换向阀A和电磁换向阀B连接,电磁换向阀A与液压马达相连接,电磁换向阀B与液压缸B连接,同时通过节流口和电磁换向阀C与液压缸A连接,液压缸B与液压缸A相连接,且其管路上设置有单向阀B和齿轮泵,齿轮泵连接有步进电机;所述液压缸A通过单向阀C与换热皮囊相连接。本发明由温差发电驱动,并且能够实现浮力的精准控制,进而完成不同情况下的海洋探测。
