The invention discloses a drive-by-wire hydraulic brake system and method, and relates to the technical field of automobile braking. The drive-by-wire hydraulic brake system comprises a controller, a brake oil pot, a motor pressurization system, a mechanical pressurization system, a pedal simulation system, an electromagnetic valve, a brake and a first one-way valve; the motor pressurization system is connected with the brake oil pot; the brake oil pot, the mechanical pressurization system and the pedal simulation system are connected in pairs; the motor pressurization system and the mechanical pressurization system are connected with the brake through the magnetic valve; and the controller is connected with the motor pressurization system, the mechanical pressurization system, the pedal simulation system and the electromagnetic valve. The good brake pedal feeling is achieved, meanwhile, brake energy is recycled, automatic brake pressurization can be achieved, deceleration brake of a vehicle is completed, and when a motor active brake pump fails, a driver can step on a brake pedal, and safe brake is achieved. The structure replaces a traditional vacuum booster, braking energy can be recycled, and the battery energy utilization rate is increased.

    本发明公开了一种线控液压制动系统及方法,涉及汽车制动技术领域,包括控制器、制动油壶、电机加压系统、机械加压系统、踏板模拟系统、电磁阀、制动器、第一单向阀;电机加压系统与制动油壶连接;制动油壶、机械加压系统、踏板模拟系统之间两两互相连接;电机加压系统和机械加压系统均通过磁阀与制动器连接;控制器分别与电机加压系统、机械加压系统、踏板模拟系统、电磁阀连接。本发明在实现较好的制动踏板感的同时,实现了制动能量的回收,并且可以实现自动制动增压,完成车辆的减速制动,当电机主动制动泵失效时,可以通过驾驶员踩制动踏板,实现安全制动。本发明的结构取代传统的真空助力器,能够实现制动能量的回收,提高电池能量利用率。
