本发明公开了一种共挤的自补轮胎及其生产工艺,包括胎体层、内胎层、丁基胶内胎、外胎层和胎面层,胎体层的内壁固定设有内胎层,胎体层外壁的中间位置固定设有丁基胶内胎,丁基胶内胎的一侧固定设有外胎层,外胎层的一侧固定设有胎面层,本发明通过挤出机挤出包含有丁基胶的丁基胶内胎半成品部件,再依次添加轮胎材料挤压出胎体层、内胎层、外胎层、胎面层、带束层和橡胶层,将半成品的轮胎放入到硫化模具中,充满高压热水的硫化胆将橡胶挤压在模具中,从而在轮胎的内壁安装一层有自动修复功能的丁基胶内胎层,使得轮胎在被扎破时有自动修复的功能,增加轮胎体的实用性,增加轮胎的使用寿命。
