The invention relates to an adjustable flexible buffering and shock-absorbing damping device for a vehicle. A main oil pipe, a second-layer oil pressure casing pipe and a third-layer oil pressure casing pipe are sequentially arranged in an inner cavity of a middle oil pressure damping device in a sleeved mode from inside to outside along the central axis, a damping sliding liquid separation head is installed in the main oil pipe in a sliding mode, and the lower end of the damping sliding liquid separation head is connected with a damping middle ejector rod. and two groups of springs are respectively arranged on the outer wall of the middle oil pressure damping device in a sleeving mode. Good supporting force and bumpy buffer air are provided in the running process of the vehicle through the two groups of the springs with different thicknesses, and a better running damping effect can be obtained when the vehicle runs under the heavy load of the vehicle. The relaxation degree of the springs can be adjusted and controlled through a spring tensioning adjustment mechanism, and therefore the buffering capacity can be adjusted under the condition that the loads of the vehicle are different. On the basis, the middle oil pressure damping device is additionally arranged, multiple layers of oil cavities and different pressure relief holes in the segmented mode are formed in the middle oil pressure damping device, and good flexible buffering performance is made available.

    本发明涉及一种车用可调柔性缓冲减震阻尼装置,中置油压阻尼装置内腔中沿中心轴线从内到外依次套设有主油管、第二层油压套管和第三层油压套管,主油管内滑动安装有阻尼滑动隔液头,阻尼滑动隔液头下端连接有阻尼中置顶杆,中置油压阻尼装置外壁上分别套装有2组弹簧。通过粗细不同两组弹簧实现在车辆行驶过程中提供较好的支撑力和颠簸的缓冲空气,在车辆重载重下,车辆行驶时可以获得更好行驶减震效果;而通过弹簧张紧调节机构可实现弹簧的张弛度的调控,从而实现对车辆载重不同情况下缓冲能力的调整;在此基础上通过增加了中置油压阻尼装置,其内具有多层油腔和分段式是不同泄压孔,具有较好的柔性缓冲表现。
