The invention relates to a wheel internally attached with a polyurethane elastomer material and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of tire preparation. The wheel is prepared by the following steps: cleaning and drying the inner side of a tire body, uniformly coating the inner surface of the tire body with a polyurethane elastomer material,and curing at room temperature for 24 hours to obtain the wheel internally attached with the polyurethane elastomer material. According to the invention, the surface of an existing tire is coated with a polyurethane elastomer, so that the tire is endowed with high use performance, the good filling, self-healing and sealing effects on puncture damage of the tire are achieved; more prominently, by adding modified montmorillonite and an auxiliary agent into the polyurethane elastomer material, based on the layered structure of the montmorillonite, the heat resistance and flame retardance of the polyurethane elastomer are improved, and the polyurethane has a self-repairing function by adding the auxiliary agent into the polyurethane elastomer, so that the wheel internally attached with the polyurethane elastomer material has higher air leakage resistance and longer service life.

    本发明涉及一种内附有聚氨酯弹性体材料的轮及其制备方法,属于轮胎制备技术领域,该轮由以下步骤制成:将轮胎本体内侧清洗烘干,在轮胎本体的内表面均匀涂覆聚氨酯弹性体材料,室温固化24h,得到一种内附有聚氨酯弹性体材料的轮,通过在现有轮胎表面涂覆聚氨酯弹性体,赋予轮胎较高的使用性能,对轮胎出现的穿刺破损具有良好的填充自愈密封效果,较为突出的是,在聚氨酯弹性体材料中添加了改性蒙脱土和助剂,基于蒙脱土本身的层状结构,提高聚氨酯弹性体的耐热性能和阻燃性能,将助剂加入聚氨酯弹性体中,使聚氨酯具有自修复功能,因此,本发明制备的内附有聚氨酯弹性体材料的轮具有较高的防漏气性能,具有更长的使用寿命。
