The invention relates to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicles, and discloses a power mechanism of an oil-driven unmanned helicopter. The power mechanism comprises an engine, a transmission mechanism, a tail rotor, a posture adjusting mechanism and an upper rotor, wherein the transmission mechanism comprises a machine frame and a reduction gearbox and a side transmission assembly which are installed on the machine frame, power of the engine is output to the tail rotor through the side transmission assembly, synchronously output to the reduction gearbox through the gear and axle mechanism and transmitted to the upper rotor through a main shaft by the reduction gearbox. The side transmission mode is designed, power output by the main reduction gearbox is output to the main shaft and meanwhile output to the tail transmission shaft through all stages of belt wheels, and the complexity of the gearbox is greatly reduced; and meanwhile, due to the design of the side transmission shaft, the good transmission effect is achieved, the transmission distance is extended, the tail transmission shaft is more flexible and free to install, a certain included angle can be kept between the tail transmission shaft and the fuselage, and then vibration of a tail rotor system is prevented from being transmitted to the fuselage structure.
本发明涉及无人机技术领域,公开了一种油动无人直升机动力机构,其包括发动机、传动机构、尾旋翼、姿态调整机构、上旋翼,其中传动机构包括机架以及安装于机架上的减速箱、侧传动组件;发动机的动力通过侧传动组件输出至尾旋翼并同步通过齿轮、轮轴机构输出至减速箱,由减速箱通过主轴传输至上旋翼。本发明设计了侧传动的方式,将主减速箱输出的动力输出至主轴的同时,通过各级带轮输出至尾传动轴,使齿轮箱的复杂程度大大降低;同时,侧传动轴的设计,不但起到良好的传动效果,而且延伸了传动距离,使尾传动轴的安装更加灵活自由,可以实现尾传动轴与机身保持一定的夹角,从而避免将尾旋翼系统的震动传递到机身结构。
