The support carrier comprises a front frame, a rear frame and a controller, wherein the front frame is hinged to the rear frame, a steering driving structure is arranged between one side of the front frame and one side of the rear frame, another steering driving structure is arranged between the other side of the front frame and the other side of the rear frame, each steering driving structure is provided with a first displacement sensor, sliding frames and sliding driving structures are arranged on the two sides of the rear frame respectively, the sliding frames are connected with the wheels, the sliding driving structures drive the corresponding sliding frames to slide along the sliding rail structures, the sliding driving structure is provided with a second displacement sensor, and the first displacement sensor and the second displacement sensor are electrically connected with the controller. According to the invention, the sliding driving structure drives the sliding frame to move front and back to adjust axle load distribution, and reasonable bearing of front and rear axle wheels is achieved; and the travel of the sliding driving structures on the two sides is controlled to adjust the steering center, and the trafficability of the vehicle is improved.
本发明公开了一种支架搬运车及其轴荷动态控制方法,涉及煤矿井下运输车辆技术领域,包括前车架、后车架和控制器,前车架和后车架铰接,前车架的一侧与后车架的一侧之间设置一转向驱动结构,前车架的另一侧与后车架的另一侧之间设置另一转向驱动结构,各转向驱动结构均设置有第一位移传感器,后车架的两侧分别设置有滑架和滑移驱动结构,滑架与车轮连接,各滑移驱动结构驱动相应的滑架沿滑轨结构滑动,滑移驱动结构设置有第二位移传感器,第一位移传感器和第二位移传感器均与控制器电连接。本发明通过滑移驱动结构驱动滑架前后移动调整轴荷分配,实现前、后轴车轮合理承载;通过控制双侧滑移驱动结构的行程调整转向中心,提升车辆的通过性。
