The invention discloses an intelligent vehicle calling method based on an SOA service. A vehicle is provided with a vehicle control domain controller for providing a driving service, a gear shifting service and a steering service, an intelligent driving domain controller providing an obstacle information data service, a video data service, and a map data service, and an information entertainment domain controller which is used for providing a data uploading service and a user instruction issuing service of the Internet of Vehicles terminal; when the information entertainment domain controller receives vehicle calling instruction information of a user, the intelligent driving domain controller plans driving route information according to the vehicle calling instruction information, and the vehicle control domain controller drives the vehicle to run according to the driving route information according to the vehicle calling instruction information. According to the intelligent vehicle calling method based on the SOA service, the vehicle can plan suitable driving route information according to the actual road condition, and therefore it is ensured that the vehicle safely arrives at the calling destination.
