The invention discloses a preheating charging control method for a lithium ion battery. The method comprises the steps of: firstly, establishing a thermoelectric coupling temperature and cathode potential estimation model; secondly, heating the battery to a preset charging initial temperature before charging according to the initial electric quantity and the temperature state of the battery; then charging the battery with a preset charging current again, in the charging process, estimating the current cathode potential and temperature of the battery in real time by utilizing the temperature of the battery and the cathode potential estimation model; and finally adjusting the charging current in real time by utilizing an optimization algorithm. According to the scheme, by establishing the thermoelectric coupling temperature and cathode potential estimation model, the anode characteristics and the cathode characteristics of the battery are separated, and the change rules of the cathode potential, the total battery voltage and the surface temperature in the charging process of the battery are accurately simulated. And the closed-loop estimation algorithm and the control optimization algorithm are used for adjusting the charging current in real time, so that the charging capacity of the battery is maximized in a safe charging interval, and safe and quick charging of the battery is realized.

    本发明公开了一种锂离子电池的预热充电控制方法,首先建立热电耦合的温度和负极电位估计模型,其次根据电池的初始电量和温度状态,在充电开始前将所述电池加热至预设的充电初始温度,再次以预设充电电流对所述电池充电,在充电过程中,利用电池的温度和负极电位估计模型实时估计电池当前的负极电位与温度,最后利用优化算法实时调整充电电流。本方案通过建立热电耦合的温度和负极电位估计模型,将电池的正极和负极特性分离,准确模拟电池在充电过程中负极电位、全电池电压和表面温度变化的规律。利用闭环估计算法和控制优化算法实时调整充电电流,让电池在安全的充电区间最大限度发挥充电能力,实现了电池的安全快速充电。
