The method comprises steps of 1, when the vehicle is in a Start gear, and the gear is in a forward gear or a reverse gear, obtaining a corresponding demand torque value T1 under the condition that a driver is detected to step on an accelerator pedal or a brake pedal; whether the vehicle speed is larger than the corresponding preset vehicle speed or not being judged, if yes, torque limiting being activated, and the second step being executed, and if not, torque limiting being not executed; 2, calculating an output torque value corresponding to vehicle speed limitation by adopting a PID method, and then superposing the output torque value with the whole vehicle resistance torque to obtain a corresponding limited torque value T2 at the vehicle speed; meanwhile, whether faults related to speed limit occur or not being judged; if not, fault speed limiting being not carried out; if yes, calculating a limited torque value T3 by adopting a P adjusting method; and 3, taking the minimum value of T1, T2 and T3 as a target torque value. According to the method, stable torque output and optimal energy recovery can be obtained.
本发明公开的一种电动车扭矩限制控制方法、系统及电动车,包括:步骤1:当车辆处于Start挡,挡位处于前进挡或倒车挡时,在检测到驾驶员踩踏加速踏板或制动踏板的情况下,获取对应的需求扭矩值T1;判断车速是否大于对应的预设车速,若是,则激活限制扭矩,并进入步骤2,若否,则不进行扭矩限制;步骤2:采用PID方法计算出对应车速限制的输出扭矩值,再叠加上整车阻力矩,得到该车速下对应的限制扭矩值T2;同时判断是否有与限速有关的故障发生;若无,则不进行故障限速;若有,采用P调节方法计算出限制扭矩值T3;步骤3:将T1、T2、T3的最小值作为目标扭矩值。本发明能够得到平稳的扭矩输出和最优的能量回收。
