The device comprises a main frame, an auxiliary frame, a double-wishbone suspension assembly, a driving assembly, a height adjusting assembly and a guide assembly, wherein the auxiliary frame is connected with the main frame; the double-wishbone suspension assembly is hinged to the auxiliary frame and is used for swinging up and down around the auxiliary frame; one end of the driving assembly is fixedly connected with the auxiliary frame, the other end of the driving assembly is hinged to the double-wishbone suspension assembly, and the driving assembly is used for driving the double-wishbone suspension assembly; the height adjusting assembly is used for power transmission between the main frame and the auxiliary frame in the vertical direction; and the guide assembly is used for power transmission between the main frame and the auxiliary frame except the vertical direction. According to the liftable independent axle, the height of a chassis can be adjusted according to the gravity center height requirement and the road condition requirement, and meanwhile, the requirements that when the height of a suspension is adjusted in a large stroke mode, the positioning parameters of a main pin and the positioning parameters of wheels are not changed, and no additional rotating angle exists are met.

    本发明属于多轴重型车辆技术领域,本发明公开了一种适用于超重型底盘的可升降式独立车桥及方法。其中,装置包括主车架,副车架,副车架与主车架连接;双横臂悬架总成,双横臂悬架总成与副车架铰接,用于实现绕副车架上下摆动;驱动总成,驱动总成一端与副车架固定连接,另一端与双横臂悬架总成铰接,用于驱动双横臂悬架总成;调高总成,调高总成用于主车架和副车架之间垂直方向的动力传动;导向总成,用于主车架和副车架之间除垂直方向以外的动力传动。本发明的可升降式独立车桥能够根据重心高度要求和路况要求对底盘高度进行调节,同时满足悬架大行程调节高度时,主销定位参数不变、车轮定位参数不变、无附加转角的要求。
