The invention relates to a power control method. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a prediction parameter; performing accuracy calculation on the prediction parameter according to a preset accuracy verification algorithm to obtain prediction accuracy; and comparing the prediction accuracy with a preset threshold value, and judging whether the prediction parameter is a power calculation parameter or not according to a comparison result. The invention further relates to an energy router applying the method, a power control system and a storage medium. The method is high in prediction accuracy and high in power control stability.
