The invention discloses a segmental box girder construction system and a construction method thereof. The construction system comprises segmental box girders and a crane, each segmental box girder comprises a top plate, a bottom plate and a side plate, a first guide rail is further arranged on the side face, away from the bottom plate, of the top plate, and a second guide rail is arranged on the side face, away from the top plate, of the bottom plate; when the multiple segmental box girders are spliced, the first guide rails are connected with one another, and the second guide rails are connected with one another and extend in the extending direction of the segmental box girders. The crane comprises an upper crane and a lower crane; the upper crane is matched with the first guide rails, so that the upper crane moves in the direction of the surface where the top plates are connected; the lower crane is matched with the second guide rails, so that the lower crane moves in the direction of the plane where the bottom plates are located when the bottom plates are connected, during viaduct construction, on the premise that the stability is guaranteed, the safe transportation of the to-be-assembled modules is achieved, and the building construction safety is guaranteed while the construction efficiency is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种节段箱梁施工系统及其施工方法,该施工系统包括节段箱梁、吊机,节段箱梁包括顶板、底板以及侧板,顶板远离底板的侧面还设置有第一导轨,底板远离顶板的侧面设置有第二导轨,在多个节段箱梁拼接时,多个第一导轨相互连接,多个第二导轨相互连接,且均沿节段箱梁的延伸方向延伸;吊机包括上吊机以及下吊机;上吊机与第一导轨相互配合,从而实现上吊机在多个顶板连接时所在的面的方向上移动;下吊机与第二导轨相互配合,从而实现下吊机在多个底板连接时所在的面的方向上移动,在进行高架桥建设时,在保证稳定性的前提下,实现待拼装模块的安全运输,在保证施工效率的同时,保证建筑施工安全。
