The invention relates to a novel carrier transferring mechanism which comprises a rack, a bracket connected with the rack in a sliding manner, an electric control unit positioned on one side of the rack, a driving device positioned at the top end of the rack, used for driving the bracket to vertically slide and in control connection with the electric control unit; an industrial camera fixedly connected with the rack and in control connection with the electric control unit so as to detect whether the bracket inclines or not in the conveying process in real time; and righting electric cylinder groups respectively arranged at the two end parts of the bracket and in control connection with the electric control unit. The industrial camera, the righting electric cylinder and the electric control unit are arranged to cooperate, the state of the bracket can be detected in real time, the bracket is adjusted in time to be kept horizontal all the time, and the conveying stability is guaranteed.

    本发明涉及一种新型载具移载机构,其包括机架;与所述机架滑动连接的托架;位于所述机架一侧的电控单元;位于所述机架顶端用于驱动所述托架竖直滑动的驱动装置,其与所述电控单元控制连接;与所述机架固定连接的工业相机,其与所述电控单元控制连接,以实时检测托架在输送过程中是否发生倾斜;以及,分设于所述托架的两端端部,且与所述电控单元控制连接的扶正电缸组;本发明通过设置工业相机、扶正电缸与电控单元配合作用,可以对托架的状态进行实时检测,并及时调整使其始终保持水平,保证输送稳定性。
