The invention provides an active compensation winch system for a scientific investigation ship and a using method of the active compensation winch system. The system mainly comprises a cable storage winch, a traction winch, a cable loosening compensator and an active heave compensation device, wherein a cable extends out of the cable storage winch, bypasses a pulley block and is connected with a load; the cable loosening compensator is arranged between the traction winch and the pulley block to realize constant tension control between the cable storage winch and the traction winch; and the active heave compensation device is connected with a traction winch motor, and a control signal output by the active heave compensation device responds to heave state changes of a ship body and is used for controlling the rotating direction and the rotating speed of the traction winch motor, so that active heave compensation is achieved. The active compensation winch system can be used for deep sea operation such as marine geological exploration sampling, underwater robot putting, benthic organism trawl sampling and the like, and is indispensable equipment in the marine resource exploration and development process.

    本发明提供了一种科考船主动补偿绞车系统及其使用方法,该系统主要包括储缆绞车、牵引绞车、缆松弛补偿器和主动升沉补偿装置;其中,缆绳经储缆绞车伸出,绕过滑轮组与负载连接;所述缆松弛补偿器设置在牵引绞车滑轮组之间,实现储缆绞车与牵引绞车之间的恒张力控制;所述主动升沉补偿装置与牵引绞车电机连接,所述主动升沉补偿装置输出的控制信号响应于船体的升沉状态变化,用以控制牵引绞车电机的转向和转速,从而实现主动升沉补偿。本发明可用于海洋地质勘探取样、水下机器人投放、海底生物拖网取样等深海作业,是海洋资源勘探和开发过程中不可或缺的设备。
