In order to twist-stop a booster piston (7) of a booster brake pressure generator (3) of a hydraulic booster vehicle brake system, the invention proposes axially parallel twist-stop grooves (23), which is arranged on the circumference of a booster cylinder hole (6) in a hydraulic block (1) of a hydraulic assembly of the booster-vehicle brake system. A lug (21) of the booster piston (7) extends into the twist-stop groove.
