The invention aims at providing a pressure control method applied to the redundant brake system, after brake fluid in a pressure cavity is discharged by a pressure release valve in a wheel end adjusting unit, the discharged brake fluid is supplemented by controlling the flow of a second pressure generating unit; meanwhile, a first pressure generation unit is matched with the flow generated by the second pressure generation unit and the flow needed by wheel end pressure control, piston position control is conducted to guarantee that the pressure in a brake fluid channel is stable, the piston position in the first pressure generation unit is controlled, and the situation that the piston position is too front or too rear and incapability of voltage buildup or incapability of linear voltage buildup is caused is avoided.
本发明的目的是提供一种应用于冗余制动系统的压力控制方法,在压力腔内的制动液被轮端调节单元内的泄压阀排出后,通过对压力发生单元二的流量进行控制,补充排出的制动液;同时压力发生单元一配合压力发生单元二产生的流量和轮端压力控制所需要的的流量,进行活塞位置控制,保证制动液通道内的压力稳定,同时对压力发生单元一内的活塞位置进行控制,避免活塞位置太靠前或太靠后,产生的无法建压或无法线性建压的问题。
