The invention provides a bridge driving system and a vehicle. A transmission of the bridge driving system comprises a planetary gear mechanism and a clutch mechanism, the torque of a motor is input from a sun gear of the planetary gear mechanism through an input shaft of the transmission and then output from a planet carrier, and a sliding joint assembly of the clutch mechanism can be arranged on a shell of the transmission in the mode of sliding in the axial direction relative to the shell of the transmission. The sliding joint assembly enables the gear ring not to rotate relative to a shell of the transmission, enables the planet carrier not to rotate relative to the shell of the transmission, or enables the gear ring and the planet carrier to freely rotate relative to the shell of the transmission. Therefore, according to the bridge driving system, the sliding joint assembly of the clutch mechanism slides in the axial direction, so that the bridge driving system can be selectively in three different states; therefore, under the condition that the overall layout is not greatly influenced, the transmission connection between the wheels of the vehicle and the motor or the disconnection of the transmission connection and the like can be realized according to the expectation.
