The embodiment of the invention discloses a traffic guidance method and device, vehicle-mounted equipment and a vehicle, which are used for making a quick response to traffic accidents so as to guide traffic in time. The method comprises the steps of determining that a target traffic condition appears in a target area where a current vehicle is located, then determining that the current vehicle is a vehicle for traffic guidance from multiple vehicles in the target area, and finally performing traffic guidance through the current vehicle.
