Any wheel comprises an inner wheel and an outer wheel which are coaxially arranged, an axial gap is formed between the inner wheel and the outer wheel, a plurality of magnets which are arranged at intervals are arranged in the axial gap, all the magnets are sequentially distributed in the circumferential direction of the outer wheel, and the outer surfaces of the magnets are lower than the outer circumferential surfaces of the inner wheel and the outer wheel. The magnets are rectangular. The intervals between any two adjacent magnets are the same.
