The invention discloses an automobile power assisting device which is used for assisting steering of an automobile steering system and comprises a shell, a worm gear and a worm which are meshed with each other are arranged in the shell, the end of the worm is connected to the shell through a bearing, and the automobile power assisting device further comprises an active adjusting mechanism. The active adjusting mechanism comprises a controller, a pressure sensor, an extrusion piece, a control spring, an adjusting piece and a driving assembly, and the worm, the extrusion piece, the control spring, the adjusting piece and the driving assembly are in transmission connection in sequence; the pressure sensor is used for detecting the extrusion force value between the worm and the turbine, and the controller controls the driving assembly to drive the adjusting piece according to the extrusion force value. According to the automobile power assisting device, the extrusion force between the worm and the turbine is detected through the pressure sensor, the gap between the worm and the turbine can be controlled to be too large by adjusting the extrusion force between the worm and the turbine, and therefore the extrusion force between the worm and the turbine can be actively controlled to be in a basically constant state.
本发明公开了一种汽车助力装置,其用于为汽车转向系统的转向助力,包括壳体,壳体内设置有相啮合的蜗轮与蜗杆,蜗杆的端部通过轴承连接于壳体上,还包括主动调节机构,主动调节机构包括控制器、压力传感器、挤压件、控制弹簧、调节件以及驱动组件,蜗杆、挤压件、控制弹簧、调节件以及驱动组件依次传动连接;压力传感器用于检测蜗杆与涡轮间的挤压力数值,控制器根据挤压力数值控制驱动组件驱动调节件。本发明提供的汽车助力装置,通过压力传感器检测蜗杆与涡轮间的挤压力,对蜗杆与涡轮间的挤压力的调节就可以控制两者之间的间隙过大,如此可以主动的控制蜗杆与涡轮间的挤压力处于基本恒定的状态。
