The invention discloses a cab and skid locking detection method. The method comprises the steps that a plurality of lifting units are used for lifting different positions of a cab at the same time; if the cab and the skid are locked, the skid synchronously ascends along with the cab, and a gap is formed between the skid and the roller bed; if the cab and the skid are not locked, the skid is still located on the roller bed, and no gap exists between the cab and the skid; a plurality of detection units are used for detecting gaps between different positions of the skid and the roller bed; and the control unit judges the locking state between the skid and the cab according to feedback data of the multiple detection units. The detection method is suitable for locking detection of skid of different vehicle types, the universality is higher, the detection efficiency is improved, and the detection cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种驾驶室与滑橇锁紧检测方法,包括:利用多个举升单元对驾驶室的不同位置同时进行举升;若驾驶室与滑橇锁紧,则滑橇随驾驶室同步上升,滑橇与辊床之间出现间隙;若驾驶室与滑橇未锁紧,则滑橇仍位于辊床上,二者之间无间隙;利用多个检测单元检测滑橇的不同位置与辊床之间的间隙;控制单元根据多个检测单元的反馈数据判断滑橇与驾驶室之间的锁紧状态。该检测方法适用于不同车型滑橇的锁紧检测,通用性更强,提高检测效率、降低检测成本。
