An oil outlet of an operation pump is connected with an oil inlet of a reversing valve through a pipeline, and an oil outlet of the reversing valve communicates with a P1 port of a pilot oil control valve group through an oil pipe; the pilot oil control valve group is connected with variable mechanism control oil ports of a first walking hydraulic motor and a second walking hydraulic motor, plays a role in controlling the variable of the walking motors in the whole traveling process, is connected with table ports of the first walking hydraulic motor and the second walking hydraulic motor, and is used for washing bearings of the walking motors; and the effects of cooling and prolonging the service life of the bearing are achieved. The walking hydraulic system can assist in service braking, stabilize the vehicle speed and ensure that the reverse dragging torque of the vehicle does not exceed the bearing range of an engine, and the effects of cooling and prolonging the service life of the bearing can be achieved; and meanwhile, the function of controlling the variable of the walking motor is achieved in the running and braking process, and the function of the walking system is increased.
提供一种轨道工程车用走行液压系统,属于轨道车技术领域,作业泵的出油口通过管路与换向阀进油口相连,换向阀的出油口通过油管与先导油控制阀组的P1口连通,先导油控制阀组与走行液压马达一、走行液压马达二的变量机构控制油口连接,在整个行车过程中起到控制走行马达变量的作用,先导油控制阀组与走行液压马达一、走行液压马达二的台口连接,用于冲洗走行马达轴承,起到降温延长轴承寿命的作用。本发明不仅可以辅助进行行车制动,稳定车速,保证车辆反拖扭矩不超过发动机承受范围;而且还可以起到降温延长轴承寿命的作用;同时在运行及制动过程中起到控制走行马达变量的作用,增加了走行系统的功能。
