The invention provides a pulley structure for avoiding rope winding. The pulley structure comprises a support body, a fixed pulley arranged at the lower end of the support body, a movable pulley arranged at the lower end of the fixed pulley, and a lifting hook arranged at the lower end of the movable pulley. The fixed pulley is connected with the movable pulley through a pulley rope, and the lifting hook is arranged on a movable pulley seat. The pulley structure further comprises an anti-winding mechanism for preventing the rope from winding, the top end of the anti-winding mechanism is arranged on the fixed pulley seat, and the bottom end of the anti-winding mechanism is arranged on the movable pulley seat. According to the pulley structure for avoiding rope winding, when the pulley is used for hoisting a heavy object, the problem that the pulley rope is frequently rotated and twisted is solved, and damage to an insulated wire is avoided.
