The invention discloses a disc-shaped crane lifting device, and relates to the field of crane lifting protection. The disc-shaped crane lifting device comprises a carrying seat mounted on a slide rail, a lifting seat is arranged at the bottom of the carrying seat, lifting discs are fixedly connected to two sides of the bottom of the carrying seat, the lifting discs are jointly and rotatably connected with a bearing sleeve, and an adjusting lead screw shaft is arranged in the bearing sleeve; and the end portion of the adjusting lead screw shaft is connected with an arc-shaped lifting plate through an adjusting and controlling assembly, fixed arc-shaped plates are fixedly connected to the side walls of the two sides of the arc-shaped lifting plate, and limiting sliding plates are slidably connected to the fixed arc-shaped plates. A lifting auxiliary part composed of an arc-shaped lifting plate is arranged below an original winding drum, the inner diameter of the arc-shaped lifting plate can be reasonably changed according to the requirements of the gravity of goods and the lifting speed, and therefore the angle between the arc-shaped lifting plate and the winding drum is increased; and the arc-shaped lifting plate mainly bears traction force of a steel wire rope, and it is guaranteed that the winding drum cannot lose efficacy during high-speed lifting.

    本发明公开了一种圆盘形起重机提升装置,涉及起重机提升防护领域,包括安装在滑轨上的携带座,携带座底部设置有提升座,携带座底部两侧固定连接有提升盘,提升盘共同转动连接有承载套筒,承载套筒内设置有调节丝杠轴,调节丝杠轴端部通过调控组件连接有弧形提升板,弧形提升板两侧侧壁均固定连接有固定弧形板,固定弧形板上滑动连接有限制滑板。本发明通过在原有的收卷筒的下方设置有由弧形提升板组成的提升辅助件,弧形提升板能根据货物的重力和提升的速度的需要进行合理的改变内径,从而使的弧形提升板与收卷筒之间的角度增大,使得弧形提升板主要承载钢丝绳的牵引力,确保在高速提升时,收卷筒不会产生失效的情况。
