According to the invention, the A column lower inner plate and the CCB mounting support are connected through the SPR rivets, the mounting precision of the CCB mounting support is guaranteed, meanwhile, the rigidity of a mounting point of the CCB mounting support is improved by forming the CCB mounting threaded hole, the CCB mounting positioning hole and the support tool positioning hole, and therefore an instrument desk is prevented from vibrating in the idling or running process of a vehicle.
