The structure comprises a mounting bottom frame for placing the hydrogen storage tank, and a clamping mechanism and a jacking mechanism which are oppositely arranged on the mounting bottom frame and used for fixing the end part of the hydrogen storage tank; the clamping mechanism comprises a clamp for clamping the hydrogen storage tank; the jacking mechanism does translational motion close to or far away from the clamping mechanism on the mounting bottom frame, so that the hydrogen storage tank is clamped and fixed between the clamping mechanism and the jacking mechanism; rubber pads are arranged on the end faces, making contact with the hydrogen storage tank, of the installation bottom frame, the clamping mechanism and the jacking mechanism, cavities are formed in the rubber pads, through holes are formed in the rubber pads, and exhaust valves are installed on the rubber pads. According to the arrangement structure of the hydrogen fuel cell automobile power system, the tail end of the hydrogen storage tank is clamped and fixed through the clamping mechanism. The front end of the hydrogen storage tank is jacked and fixed through cooperation of the jacking mechanism and the clamping mechanism, the hydrogen storage tank is rigidly fixed through the clamping mechanism and the jacking mechanism, and the mounting stability of the hydrogen storage tank is guaranteed.
