The invention discloses a blade opening and closing sliding block structure and an anti-falling structure, and belongs to the technical field of production of automobile part products. The blade opening and closing sliding block structure comprises an active air inlet grille body, and the active air inlet grille body is provided with the blade opening and closing sliding block structure and a motor, wherein the outer side wall of the blade opening and closing sliding block structure is provided with a synchronous rod.     本发明公开了一种叶片开闭滑块结构及防脱落结构,属于汽车零部件产品的生产技术领域,包括主动进气格栅本体,所述主动进气格栅本体上安装有叶片开闭滑块结构和电机,所述叶片开闭滑块结构外侧壁安装有同步杆,本发明叶片开闭滑块结构及防脱落结构在主动进气格栅本体上利用叶片开闭滑块结构的安装座上的四块接触面,可使叶片拨杆在不同角由四块接触面来分担推动,可减少叶片开闭滑块结构的磨损,因叶片开闭滑块结构与拨杆处于零配合可以准确的使叶片开到指定角度,防脱落结构在整个主动进气格栅本体中起到重要的作用,关键点在于安装方式无需另外零件只需阻力即可延卡扣导向安装,还有在叶片旋转时卡爪结构可以防止叶片脱落。
