The invention discloses a circuit and method for suppressing power supply starting surge, a charging device and a storage medium. The circuit for suppressing power supply starting surge comprises a power supply module, a relay and a variable resistor, and the relay and the variable resistor are connected in parallel and then are connected between an external power supply and the power supply module.
