The invention relates to an offshore floating type wind power combined utilization platform. The offshore floating type wind power combined utilization platform structurally comprises a power generation ship, a cable, mooring devices and a plurality of power generation fans, the power generation fans and the power generation ship float on the sea surface, and the cable is connected between the power generation fans and the power generation ship; the bottom of the power generation ship and the bottoms of the power generation fans are connected to a seabed through the mooring devices, and a connecting belt is connected between each power generation fan ad the power generation ship. According to the offshore floating type wind power combined utilization platform, through mutual connection of the power generation fans and mutual connection of the power generation fans and the power generation ship, a large offshore wind plant with good axial, circumferential and radial stability is formed; and the power generation ship is provided with a rectification booster and a storage battery, low-voltage alternating current output by the power generation fans is stored in a storage battery after being rectified and boosted, stable electric energy is output ashore, fluctuation of wind power output power is reduced, and continuity and stability of a wind power system are improved.

    本发明涉及一种离岸漂浮式风电联合利用平台,其结构包括发电船、电缆、系泊装置、若干发电风机,发电风机和发电船均漂浮在海面上,电缆连接在发电风机和发电船之间;发电船和发电风机底部分别通过系泊装置连接到海床,每个发电风机和发电船之间分别连接有连接带。本发明的浮式风电联合电力平台,通过发电风机的互相连接及发电风机与发电船的互相连接,形成了一个轴向、周向、径向稳定性较好的大型海上风电场;发电船配置整流升压器和蓄电池,发电风机输出的低压交流电经整流升压后储存在蓄电池后向岸上输出稳定电能,降低了风电输出功率的波动,提高风电系统的持续性和稳定性。
