The invention provides an aircraft engine construction system integrating a windlass lever principle. The aircraft engine construction system is mainly characterized in that an original engine combustion chamber is divided into three (or six) independent combustion chambers according to the air pressure and power principle in combination with the windlass lever principle, then the air is sprayed into a concave pocket type blade in an annular semi-closed air chamber to drive an air compression blade to rotate around a shaft, and meanwhile air compression spraying is achieved, so that the air pressure and power are achieved to the maximum extent with less fuel consumption.
