The invention discloses a five-wheel vehicle chassis. The chassis comprises a first drive axle, a second drive axle, a spring steel plate assembly, a front support, a middle support and a rear support, wherein the first drive axle is fixedly connected with the front support, and the second drive axle is fixedly connected with the rear support; an upper portion of the front support and an upper portion of the rear support are hinged to an upper portion of a middle support through connecting rods respectively, and a lower portion of the front support and a lower portion of the rear support are hinged to a lower portion of the middle support through another connecting rod respectively; two spring steel plate assemblies are located on the two sides of the middle support correspondingly; the middle of each spring steel plate assembly is hinged to the middle support, and two ends of each spring steel plate assembly are hinged to the front support and the rear support respectively, so the first drive axle and the second drive axle swing in the vertical plane relative to the middle support through the corresponding connecting rods, and vibration reduction is achieved through the two spring steel plate assemblies. The chassis is advantaged in that the loading capacity of the whole vehicle is improved, stability of the vehicle body is better, and the damping effect is better.
本发明公开了一种五轮车底盘,包括第一驱动桥、第二驱动桥、弹簧钢板组件、前支架、中间支架和后支架;第一驱动桥与前支架固定连接,第二驱动桥与后支架固定连接;前支架的上部和后支架的上部分别通过连接杆与中间支架的上部铰接,以及前支架的下部和后支架的下部分别通过另外的连接杆与中间支架的下部铰接;弹簧钢板组件设有两组,两组弹簧钢板组件分别位于中间支架的两边;每组弹簧钢板组件的中部与中间支架铰接以及弹簧钢板组件的两端分别与前支架和后支架铰接,进而使第一驱动桥和第二驱动桥均通过相应的连接杆相对于中间支架在竖直面内摆动,并通过两组弹簧钢板组件减振。本发明提高整车的载重能力,使得车身的稳定性更好,减振效果更佳。
