The invention discloses a charging method for paying before roadside parking leaving and giving exemption time, which is suitable for being executed in an intelligent mobile terminal. The intelligent mobile terminal is wirelessly connected with a server, the server is provided with a database, and the database comprises a parking order and a transaction detail list. A user parks a vehicle in any parking space in a specified parking range, a system automatically registers and generates a parking order, the user can inquire the current parking order of the vehicle when needing to leave, the system automatically settles parking fees according to the current time, and the user can safely leave within exemption time after paying; according to the invention, parking payment is carried out before the user leaves the parking lot in the official account service platform, sufficient leaving exemption time is given, the driving safety of the user leaving the parking lot is ensured, different from conventional parking lot leaving, the traffic safety hidden trouble caused by the fact that the user is in urgent payment after leaving the parking lot can be avoided, the parking arrearage condition is reduced, and the payment behavior habit of the user before departure can be developed.

    本发明公开了一种路边停车离场前付费并给予豁免时间的计费方法,适用于在智能移动终端中执行,所述智能移动终端与服务器无线连接,所述服务器设置有数据库,数据库中包含停车订单和交易明细表,用户将车停在指定停车范围内的任一泊位中,系统自动登记生成停车订单,当用户需要离场时可查询车辆当前在停订单,系统自动按当前时间结算停车费用,用户付费后可在豁免时间内安全离场;本发明实现公众号服务平台中的对用户离场前进行停车缴费并给予充足的离场豁免时间,保证用户离开泊位的行车安全的功能,区别于常规驶离泊位,可避免离场后用户急于支付而产生交通安全隐患,降低停车欠费情况,有利于用户离场前支付的行为习惯养成。
