本发明涉及一种轨道交通接触网内藏式下锚坠砣检测装置,主要由自动监测设备、安装机构、太阳能发电装置组成;所述自动监测设备通过所述安装机构安装在内藏式下锚中空钢立柱的内壁,太阳能发电装置安装在钢立柱外部并给自动监测设备供电;该自动监测设备用于监测坠砣的位置,以及悬吊坠砣钢缆的健康状态;并通过感测外界环境温湿度值数据,通过算法计算出钢缆的将康状态。本发明解决了当前维保技术方案中内藏式下锚坠砣及其悬吊钢缆状态主要依靠人工登梯目视检查效率低下和准确度不高的难题。

The automatic monitoring device is used for monitoring the position of the balance weight and the health state of a steel cable for hanging the balance weight; and by sensing external environment temperature and humidity value data, the recovery state of the steel cable is calculated through an algorithm. The problems that in the current maintenance technical scheme, the states of the built-in anchoring balance weight and the suspension steel cable of the built-in anchoring balance weight mainly depend on manual ladder climbing for visual inspection, the efficiency is low, and the accuracy is not high are solved.
