The invention discloses a marine target laying and recovery robot and recovery method thereof. The marine target laying and recovery robot comprises a capturing device and a power device, the capturing device is used for capturing the sea target on the water surface in a maneuvering manner and is used for being connected with a dragged cable; the power device is used for realizing maneuvering of the capturing device. When a marine target needs to be salvaged, the power device can enable the capturing device to realize maneuvering, so that the laying and recycling robot can move on the water surface, and after the marine target is found, the capturing device is used for capturing the target, and after the laying and recycling robot captures the marine target, the laying and recycling robot is used for laying, the laying and recycling robot with the marine target is connected with the hanging head of a folding arm crane in an abutting mode through the cable, then the laying and recycling robot and the marine target captured by the laying and recycling robot are hoisted through the folding arm crane, the marine target is placed in a bracket or other placing positions, and the recycling operation is completed. According to the marine target laying and recovery robot and recovery method thereof, the recovery efficiency is improved and the working difficulty is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种海上目标的布放回收机器人及其回收方法,海上目标的布放回收机器人包括:捕获装置,用于在水面机动地捕获海上目标,并用于与拖拽的线缆连接;用于所述捕获装置实现机动的动力装置。当需要打捞海上目标时,动力装置能够使捕获装置实现机动,使得布放回收机器人能够在水面移动,并且,在寻找到海上目标后,应用捕获装置捕获目标,布放回收机器人捕获海上目标后,通过线缆将带有海上目标的布放回收机器人与折臂吊的吊头抵接,再通过折臂吊将布放回收机器人及其捕获的海上目标进行起吊,将海上目标放入托架或其他放置位置,完成回收操作。提高回收效率,降低工作难度。
