The invention discloses a vacuum pumping system for a high-altitude ignition test. The vacuum pumping system comprises a system body connected with a test cabin through a valve, wherein the system body is composed of a cold trap, a filter, a vacuum pump set and a tail gas treatment device which are sequentially arranged along the output direction of fuel gas generated by the test. The vacuum pumping system is advantaged in that the cold trap can condense condensable components in the fuel gas and cool the fuel gas, the filter can filter solid particles in the fuel gas, and the residual gaseous fuel gas is pumped by the vacuum pump set and treated by the tail gas treatment device to meet the environmental protection requirement, so compared with an air extractor in the prior art, the vacuum degree in the test process can be ensured, and the fuel gas generated by a high-altitude ignition test can be tolerated.

    本发明公开了一种用于高空点火试验的真空抽气系统,包括通过阀门与试验舱相连接的系统本体,所述系统本体由沿试验产生的燃气输出方向依次设有的冷阱、过滤器、真空泵组和尾气处理装置组成。本申请中,冷阱可以凝结燃气中可凝成分,并对燃气降温,过滤器可以滤除燃气中固体颗粒,剩余气态燃气通过真空泵组抽除,并经尾气处理装置处理到满足环保要求,相比现有技术中的抽气装置,能保证试验过程真空度,且可耐受高空点火试验所产生的燃气。
