The invention belongs to the field of diesel engine cooling, particularly relates to a ship and ocean engineering diesel engine cooling system and a cooling method thereof, and provides the following scheme aiming at the problems that an existing diesel engine cooling system is low in water circulation utilization rate, not ideal in cooling effect, low in temperature change adjustment matching tacit degree and low in cooling efficiency. The system comprises an information acquisition module, the information acquisition module comprises a temperature acquisition unit, a picture acquisition unit, a flow velocity acquisition unit and an information transmission unit, and the information acquisition module is used for acquiring the environment around the diesel engine and sending the acquired information out in time. According to the diesel engine cooling system, data of the diesel engine can be monitored and connected in real time, cooling data can be correspondingly matched and adjusted according to data of equipment, the water circulation utilization rate is high, the matching tacit degree with temperature change adjustment is high, and the cooling efficiency is high.

    本发明属于柴油机冷却领域,尤其是一种船舶与海洋工程柴油机冷却系统及其冷却方法,针对现有柴油机冷却系统对水循环利用率较低,且冷却效果不理想,与温度的变化调节配合默契度较低,导致冷却效率较低的问题,现提出如下方案,其包括:信息采集模块,所述信息采集模块包括温度采集单元、画面采集单元、流速采集单元和信息传输单元,用于对柴油机周围的环境进行采集,并将采集到的信息及时发送出去。本发明的柴油机冷却系统可以实时对柴油机的数据进行监测和对接,可以根据设备的数据对冷却数据做出相应的匹配和调整,对水循环利用率较高,与温度的变化调节配合默契度较高,冷却效率较高。
