The invention discloses a hydrogen fuel cell control method applied to a counterbalance forklift truck, and belongs to the field of power distribution of hybrid power systems. The hydrogen fuel cell control method comprises the following steps: S1, judging whether a fuel electric push FC meets a start-stop condition or not based on a single voltage state of a power cell and a whole truck load demand; S2, judging whether the pressure value of a hydrogen cylinder in the FC is in a preset pressure interval or not, if yes, turning to S3, otherwise, outputting power to a whole vehicle load by a power battery, giving an alarm by a whole vehicle, outputting limited current, or locking the function; and S3, judging the distribution relation between the required power of the whole vehicle and the fuel stack FC and the power battery, if the current is greater than the sum of the two, reporting an over-current fault by the whole vehicle, otherwise, respectively distributing the output power to the whole vehicle load according to the first priority and the second priority by the fuel stack FC and the power battery. According to the invention, the characteristics of hybrid power supply are fully utilized, the economical efficiency of the system is improved, the power loss is reduced, the fuel utilization rate is improved, and the FC is always kept working in a high-efficiency area.
本发明公开了混合动力系统的功率分配领域的一种应用于平衡重式叉车的氢燃料电池控制方法,包括:S1:基于动力电池的单体电压状态与整车负载需求判断燃料电推FC是否满足启停条件;S2:判断燃料电堆FC内的氢瓶压力值是否在预设的压力区间;若是转为S3;否则,由动力电池输出功率到整车负载,整车报警,限流输出或者功能锁止。S3:判断整车需求功率与燃料电堆FC、动力电池的分配关系;若大于后两者之和,则整车上报过流故障;否则,燃料电堆FC、动力电池分别按照第一优先级、第二优先级分配输出功率到整车负载。本发明充分利用了混合供电的特点,提高了系统的经济性,减少了功率损失,提高了燃料利用率,使燃料电堆FC始终保持在高效率区工作。
