The battery self-heating device comprises a heating circuit connected with a battery pack and anenergy storage module, wherein the energy storage module is connected with the heating circuit, and the heating circuit is arranged between the energy storage module and the battery pack; the energy storage module and the battery pack are charged and discharged in a circulating and reciprocating manner through the heating circuit, and generated alternating current enables internal resistance of the battery pack to generate heat. According to the embodiment of the invention, the temperature rise time of the battery in a cold environment can be greatly shortened, and the charging capability of the battery can be recovered in a short time.
