A full-electric axle energy-saving propelling system is firstly an innovative propelling and vehicle control system, a combined propelling system is used for replacing an existing traction and transmission system, and an electric control system is used for replacing an existing manual mechanical control system. Kinetic energy between axles in the running process of a vehicle and a ship is converted into electric energy, so that a power supply is effectively supplemented in the running process of the vehicle and the ship, and the energy-saving purpose is achieved. The propulsion system is characterized in that a stator coil of a motor is fixed on a chassis, and a rotor core winding is arranged on an axle. When the motor is powered on, the axle starts to accelerate to rotate the vehicle and the ship, the control system cuts off a part of motor power supply as required when kinetic energy reaches a preset speed during acceleration, and after the power supply is cut off, the rotor coil continues to rotate (does magnetic line cutting motion) to become a generator to charge the power supply through a charger or a transformer. By the adoption of the system, the electric energy recovery rate of high-speed trains and subway trains can reach 90%, and the electric energy recovery rate of new energy automobiles can reach 55%.

    全电轮轴节能推进系统首先是创新推进及控车系统,用组合推进系统取代现有的牵引、传动系统,用电控系统取代现有的人工机械操控系统。把车船行驶过程中轮轴间的动能把它变成电能,让车、船在行驶中的电源得到有效补充而达到节能目的。该推进系统是把电动机的定子线圈固定在底盘上,转子铁心绕组安装在轮轴上。当给电动机通电后轮轴开始加速转动车船、在加速,当达到预定速度动能充余时控制系统按需要切断部份电机电源,电源切断后转子线圈在继续转动(在做切割磁力线运动)变成发电机通过充电机或变压器给电源充电,采用该系统高铁、地铁列车电能回收可达90%,新能源汽车电能回收可达55%。
