The invention provides apantograph rising and falling control integrated valve plate structure of rail car pantograph. An electromagnetic valve, a cock, a pipeline and other components are highly integrated and installed on one gas circuit board, modular installation is achieved, the operation convenience of a rail car pantograph lifting control device is improved, occupied vehicle space is reduced, the installation space is saved, the appearance is beautiful, and the operation is clear and convenient; and the universality is improved, modular batch production can be achieved, and the structure is suitable for different vehicle types. According to the valve plate, an emergency pantograph ascending cock III and an emergency pantograph descending cock IV are integrally installed, and a manual exhaust opening is formed, so that the valve plate has an automatic and manual pantograph ascending and descending functions and an emergency pantograph ascending and descending control function; and in addition, only one two-position three-way electromagnetic valve is used, an air supply source is only from total air, a pantograph lifting control air cylinder connector, an auxiliary compressor and other components are not needed for control, the control structure is simplified, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.

    提供一种轨道车受电弓升降弓控制集成阀板结构,本发明首先将电磁阀、塞门、管路等部件高度集成安装在一块气路板上,实现了模块化安装,提升轨道车辆受电弓升降控制装置操作的便利性,减小对车辆空间的占用,节省了安装空间,效果美观,操作清晰便捷;提高了通用性,可模块化批量生产,适合不同车型。本阀板通过集成安装紧急升弓塞门Ⅲ、紧急降弓塞门Ⅳ,以及设有手动排风口,使阀板具备自动和手动升、降弓功能和好紧急升降弓控制功能;而且只使用一个两位三通电磁阀,供风风源只来自总风,不需升降弓控制风缸接口和辅助压缩机等部件控制,简化了而控制结构,并降低了制造成本。
