The invention belongs to an airborne wireless tire pressure real-time monitoring method and particularly relates to airborne tire pressure real-time monitoring equipment. Real-time acquisition of the sensor information such as tire pressure and the like and acquisition of sensor information in a ground state are jointly completed through the wireless tire pressure sensors mounted on tires and the gateway node or the handheld data monitoring equipment mounted in an undercarriage cabin. The equipment is advantaged in that difficulty of acquiring the tire pressure, the tire temperature and the acceleration information of the aircraft tire can be greatly reduced, the time consumed by tire pressure monitoring is shortened, and the air leakage risk in the tire pressure monitoring process is reduced. By acquiring the tire pressure information in real time, tire maintenance suggestion can be given in time, a large amount of recorded tire pressure data is monitored, and the service life of the tire can be prolonged through analysis.

    本发明属于机载无线胎压实时监测方法,具体涉及一种机载胎压实时监测设备。本发明通过安装在轮胎上的无线胎压传感器与安装在起落架舱内的网关节点或者手持数据监测设备共同完成胎压等传感器信息的实时获取及地面状态下的传感器信息获取。能够极大降低飞机轮胎胎压、胎温及加速度信息获取的难度,减少胎压监测耗费时间,并降低胎压监控过程中的漏气风险。通过实时获取胎压信息,可以及时给出轮胎维护建议,监控记录到的大量胎压数据,通过分析可以提升轮胎使用寿命。
